What an exciting week
at Lindfield Primary Academy! All children took part in a wide range of arts
activities from around the world. Some of the workshops on offer included:
Polish Paper Cutting, Japanese Collage, African Drumming, Animal Sculpture,
Mola Art, Shadow Puppets, Totem Poles, Bell Ringing and even the creation of an
English Country Garden!
The children worked
across year groups, with all adults supporting their creative genius! During
this week Year 6 children were creating props for their fast approaching show.
They also had the responsibility of guiding children each day to their
workshops and also directing all the visiting parents and grandparents on
Thursday afternoon. They did a fantastic job!
Our Academy looks
fabulous and I know the children and staff have had a wonderful time being
creative together. Thank you to all the parents who were able to celebrate with
us on Thursday and for those who were unable to come along please enjoy a few
photos and do pop in to see the work on display.
